Fix: Corrected an issue where URLs for Link Text, Link Wrapper, and Button elements were base64 encoded,
preventing the ability to automatically replace URLs during migration. Implemented a different solution
that no longer requires obfuscating the URL in the shortcodes
Fix: Corrected issue preventing Conditions API evaluation helper functions from working
Fix: Corrected issue preventing saving of values with units other than PX on Pro Menu and some other API elements
