Bugis is easy to setup and to customize. You can choose between a left sidebar, a right sidebar or a one-column layout option, change the background and colors, upload your own logo image and show your social profile links and flickr pictures with cool widgets. Bugis especially features the tumblr-like WordPress post formats with cool icons and special layout styling.
